Now is the time to build form training into your running!At Catalyst Therapies, Karen & Peter spent 5 years developing Running Well® for running form, efficiency and injury prevention. They designed the program because of their own injuries and struggles. They are passionate about running and about sharing this program with you. They are now in their 5th year of offering RUNNING WEll® Seminars in Denver, Colorado!

Each session is 90 minutes and each group consists of 6 sessions. We use Dartfish Software Technology to videotape your running at the beginning, during and at the end of your 6 sessions.

Running more efficiently requires a change in your habitual movement
patterns. Many runners struggle to improve or they become injured
due to inefficient movement patterns in their running form.
Our Running Well® Seminar consists of multiple sessions of exercises, body
awareness drills, and practice of incorporating the right changes
for you in your running. The right changes will result in your ability to be aware of your movement, your body to get the efficiency you want in your running. This change results in less
injury.
We include videotaped analysis of your current form and your form
after completion of various drills and body awareness exercises. You will recieve a final videotaped
analysis and have developed a program encompassing various aspects of movement
efficiency and form that's right for you.
