Videotaped Analysis - Drills - Running Efficiency Training
Now is the time to build form training into your running!
We videotape your running three times to reinforce movement efficiency. We are currently working with runners individually. If you and 2 or more running buddies want to form a group, we will give you a group rate discount and you have the flexibility of scheduling your sessions as a group.

Running more efficiently requires a change in your habitual movement patterns. Many runners struggle to improve or they become injured due to inefficient movement patterns in their running form.
Our Running Well® Seminar consists of multiple sessions of exercises, body awareness drills, and practice of incorporating the right changes for you in your running. The right changes will result in your ability to be aware of your movement, your body to get the efficiency you want in your running. This change results in less injury.
We include videotaped analysis of your current form and your form after completion of various drills and body awareness exercises. You will recieve a final videotaped analysis and have developed a program encompassing various aspects of movement efficiency and form that's right for you.
