Provided by Karen and Peter at Catalyst Therapies. Running Well® is for running form, efficiency and injury prevention. The program was designed based on their own experiences and their years of expertise in movement, biomechanics and orthopedics. They are passionate about running and about sharing this program with you.

Weekend Group:

TIME: 1 to 5:30 Saturday/Sunday

Each Group is limited to 8 participants.

Each session is 90 minutes and each group consists of 6 sessions. We use Dartfish Software Technology to videotape your running at the beginning, during and at the end of your 6 sessions.

2010 Running Well® Group Schedule: we will create a group if you have 3 or more people interested.

Running more efficiently requires a change in your habitual movement patterns. Many runners struggle to improve or they become injured due to inefficient movement patterns in their running form.

Our Running Well® Seminar consists of multiple sessions of exercises, body awareness drills, and practice of incorporating the right changes for you in your running. The right changes will result in your ability to be aware of your movement, your body to get the efficiency you want in your running. This change results in less injury.

We include videotaped analysis of your current form and your form after completion of various drills and body awareness exercises. You will recieve a final videotaped analysis and have developed a program encompassing various aspects of movement efficiency and form that's right for you.
