Both practitioners have a strong base of clinical wisdom based on many years of experience as therapists in the healthcare field.

        

Peter Szymanski, PT, IOC, CFMT :                 
Graduated in 1984 from the university of Colorado Physical Therapy program. He has over 20 years of extensive training and experience in orthopedic manual physical therapy, musculoskeletal, neuro-motor, functional movement and posture techniques. He provides skilled manual therapy including joint mobilization-stabilization techniques, movement education, soft tissue mobilization and massage, and foot orthotics.


Peter has attained the Integrated Orthopedic Certification and Certified Functional Manual Therapist designation through the Institute of Physical Art and the University of St. Augustine. Peter is currently enrolled in the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at Regis University, Denver.

 

Karen Voss, MS,OTR,SIPT,IMC:                   
Graduated in 1987 from the University of Minnesota with a bachelors of science degree in occupational therapy. She received a master's in health services administration from Regis University, CO and attained the Functional Orthopedic Certification designation through the Institute of Physical Art.
Her background is in neurological rehabilitation and developmental treatment involving sensory processing and functional movement and posture reeducation techniques.
She offers a computer-based program, the Interactive Metronome, for motor accuracy, motor retraining and mental focus.
Her intervention techniques address the postural supporting mechanism based on visual-auditory-vestibular-proprioceptive systems.

Nancy Harrison, MSPT, FCFMT: Nancy is a graduate of University of Colorado Health Sciences Physical Therapy Program in 1999. Since graduation, she has focused on improving her treatment skills through the Institute of Physical Art, achieving certification in Functional Manual Therapy and completing a two year fellowship with Gregg Johnson. Before
becoming a PT, Nancy taught skiing in Steamboat Springs for 15 years, becoming fully certified in alpine skiing. She has taught and treated in physical therapy many young skiers including Olympic Ski Team members. She continues to love sports and treats many athletes to help them achieve their goals. Nancy also loves to ride horses and has helped many riders with the biomechanics and proper posture to help improve their riding. She currently lives in Boulder with her husband, cat, and two horses.
